Do I need experience to start? No experience is needed at all. Our programs are beginner-friendly and we teach fundamentals step by step.
What age can kids start training? We offer kids programs for a variety of age groups. Contact us and we’ll help place your child in the right class.
Is Jiu-Jitsu safe for kids? Yes. Safety is our top priority. Classes are supervised by experienced coaches and focused on controlled training and confidence building.
Can I try a class before signing up? Absolutely! We offer a free trial class so you can experience our training before committing.
Do I need to be in shape first? Not at all. Training will help you get in shape — you don’t need to be fit to begin.
What should I wear to my first class? Comfortable workout clothes are fine for your first class. If you enroll, a uniform (gi) is included with select memberships.
